Returns Policy

Our Store Policy

Curtain Wonderland takes pride in our customers’ satisfaction and that includes any return of product. That is why we make any product returns as easy as possible.


  • We accept returns on product where there is any fault (including damaged goods) if we have been notified within two working days of delivery.
  • The product must then be returned and received by us within 10 days after the item is delivered.
  • You will not be charged any postage and/or shipping on these returns.
  • If you would like the problem rectified, Curtain Wonderland will do so immediately upon verification of the particular issue.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

  • If you are not 100% happy with your choice of ready-made product, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase when returned in its original, like-new condition, with proof of purchase, within 10 days after delivery.
  • You would need to notify us of your decision to return the product within two working days of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
  • Delivery charges would also apply.

12 Month Product Guarantee

  • We proudly guarantee our workmanship on custom-made products for 12 months.

Customised Returns

  • Product that has been ordered to your specifications, or resized, cannot be returned.
  • We are only able to accept returns on orders which are incorrectly manufactured and/or installed by Curtain Wonderland, or are defective.

Customer Altered Product

  • Curtain Wonderland cannot be responsible for product that is altered, either by the customer, or another provider, and as a result is damaged and/or does not fit.

Customer Requested Repairs

  • Any repairs or replacement carried out at the request of the customer and their collection or return may incur charges.
  • On agreement from the customer, these charges will be made to your credit card used in the original purchase.

Order Issues

  • When measuring up for your Curtain Wonderland window treatments it is important you follow the instructions very carefully.
  • We understand measuring mistakes do happen and depending on the type of error, you may return the product for either replacement or repair. We will confirm any additional costs beforehand.
  • Any mistakes made at our end will be rectified as soon as possible and at no extra charge.


  • Any refunds will be issued via the same payment method used in the original purchase.
  • Authorisation of refunds only happens once products have been received by Curtain Wonderland and details of the return have been confirmed and authorised by our team
