Curtain and Blinds Maintenance Tips

Blockout Curtains

Care:

• Keep your drapes dust-free by regular gentle vacuuming with the appropriate attachment.
• Refer to the ‘Care Instruction Label’ fixed to the rear of your curtains, before laundering them.
• Do not handle fabric with dirty hands, as this will soil the fabric.
• Cold or warm hand wash with wool approved detergent. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not wring or rub.
• Do not tumble dry. Drip dry in shade fabric side down. Do not use pegs or fold over clothes line.
• For best results re-hang to dry.
• Avoid wet coated sides touching.
• Warm iron on fabric side only. Possible shrinkage 4%.

Sheer Curtains

Care:

• Refer to the ‘Care Instruction Label’ fixed to the rear of your curtains, before laundering them.
• Warm hand wash.
• Do not bleach or soak.
• Do not wring or rub.
• Drip dry in shade
• Do not tumble dry. Warm iron.
• Do not dry clean
• Possible shrinkage 3%.

Rollers & Venetians Maintenance Tips

Roller Blinds

Care:
Vacuum regularly with a soft upholstery attachment. Spot clean with a damp white cloth on a flat surface using warm water. If required, use a delicate detergent or pure dissolved soap flakes. Test in as inconspicuous spot before cleaning. Do not iron.

• Tip: change the rolled-up position of fabric regularly to decrease memory folds forming in the fabric.

Venetian Blinds

Care:
Vacuum regularly with a soft upholstery attachment. Dust or wipe with a soft microfiber cloth or a damp white cloth and make sure to wipe them dry as well. Wipe from one side of the blind to the other in one clean sweep.

• If you need to remove grease and grime, try using white vinegar mixed with water on a damp white cloth.

Bedding Maintenance Tips

Quilt Covers & Sheet Set

Care:
Cold gentle machine wash separately before use. Warm hand wash. Wash inside out. Do not soak or wring. Remove promptly after wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Warm iron on reverse if required. Do not dry clean.

Blanket & Throw

Care:
Please wash prior to first use. Gentle machine wash using cold water. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach. Line dry without delay, may be tumble dried on cool setting. Laundering may cause the blanket to lose shape, this can be rectified by manually reshaping on the line while damp.

Coverlets

Care:
Cold gentle machine wash with like colours before first use. Do not soak or rub. Do not bleach. Rinse well. May be tumble dried on low setting. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Please ensure your washing machine can handle the cubic volume of this product before laundering.

Quilt Inserts

Care:
Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash using a soft liquid detergent. Do not soak or rub. Do not bleach. Do not add any other clothes while washing quilt in the machine. Rinse well. Do not tumble dry. Air dry in direct sunlight or in the shade.

Cushion Maintenance Tips

Cushion

Warm machine wash on gentle cycle. Do not soak or bleach. Tumble dry on low. Warm iron on reverse if necessary. Do not dry clean.
